Priscilla Case

Priscilla Case

When you ask Priscilla Case about her most memorable hair and makeup job ever, you might expect her to talk about the time she worked with President Barack Obama. Or maybe you think she’d tell you about doing makeup for superstar Tonight Show host Jay Leno. But no - she’d rather tell you about what she considers her most challenging assignment - an all-day underwater photo shoot!

But that’s Priscilla - always up for a unique and interesting day at work. She’s danced with Marvin Hamlisch, worked with Dale Earnhardt in the pit at the Daytona 500, and was actually on the field when the St. Louis Cardinals won the 2011 World Series. She grew up in the industry as a commercial model and actress, working with great designers and photographers, so she’s seen the business from every angle. After becoming a licensed cosmetologist with a specialty in hair and makeup for photography and film, Priscilla has styled fashionistas, high-powered politicos, professional athletes, and celebrities from all over the world. But she doesn’t just style human talent - her gigs with Purina and Anheuser-Busch had her working with dogs, cats, and even the famous Busch Clydesdales. Talk about a wide range of skills!

On her work: “I love this job. I get to work with creative people and I get to be creative. Each job is a new situation and I get to go to great locations.”

How she got her start: “I come from a large family and growing up, I always cut on their hair and put makeup on them for dance recital and school dances. In school, I took as many art classes as possible.”

One of her inspirations: “My mom and dad. My mom always says anything you do, do your very best from start to finish. And my dad taught me to never judge a person and to be thankful for what you have.”
