Richie is an introspective and old soul, dynamic vocalist, emotionally driven songwriter, and multifaceted instrumentalist transitioning proficiently amidst piano, guitar, drums and the occasional bout of harmonica. As a performer, he brings an undeniable energy and authentic sound to both his solo shows and his adventures fusing with fellow musicians in the Richie Kihlken Band. Striving to make his unyielding passion for music be his lifelong career, he continues to devote his time to making and performing his music and constantly evolving as an artist. 

Richie leads the band with his timeless voice, groovy piano riffs, and charismatic honest-to-goodness personality. After years of flying solo, Mr. Kihlken chose to seek out a brood of like-minded musicians with extraordinary talent and instrumental expertise and found exactly that in Martha Mehring (vocals), Nate Gilberg (bass), Matt Rowland (guitar), John Lum (drums), Ryan Marquez (organ/keys), and Charlie Cerpa (saxophone). Together they blend blues, jazz, and funk to create modern soul music that brings people to the dance floor.

Steven Woolley is an award winning singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist out the St. Louis MO area. His eclectic blend of R&B, soul, and blues cascade over subtle hints of rock, country, and jazz make for a hit with any crowd no matter how diverse. Most notably, Stevens band (Steven Woolley Band) took the stage at Celebrate St. Louis (Live on the Levee) to open for national touring act Barenaked Ladies, and continued the momentum when they performed on the Peabody Opera House Main Stage at Taste of St. Louis opening for Jonathan Tyler & Northern Lights.

With over 200 performances in 2011, 2012 is slated to be even bigger with 234 dates on the books - Steven's full length release 'Bare my Soul' lands this summer which features songs "It Takes More." "Decade Long Valentine." "Love in One-Drop" and "Bring it on (Over to me)" - Steven performed at this years Uncorked St. Louis (CBS Radio), Veterans Festival (Forest Park), multiple Rams Organization events including their "celebrity server" Make-A-Wish benefit, St. Louis Cardinals Rally. Steven's intimate acoustic shows earned him weekly shows at St. Louis area establishments. You can also catch Steven teaming up with St. Louis' Steve Ewing of the Urge.

Ted McCready

Ted McCready

Ted McCready is a native St. Louisan who has performed and recorded music throughout the world since the age of eighteen. His musical passion and drive comes from his father Francis McCready, (Music Educator and band director at Lindbergh High School). His father introduced Ted at the early age of 5 to the piano and various other instruments.

Ted McCready was discovered in the 80's by a record producer and promoter Riley Grandell. That's when he moved to Dallas Tx. From there he started his recording and touring career.

In 1989 Ted appeared on the television show "Star Search" and was picked up by the producer of show, Sam Riddle. He recorded and was mentored by Sam Riddle for several years.

Ted has recorded and performed with many well known musicians from the George Michael Band, to members of Santana, as well as Denise Williams' band. He recorded his first album "The Stimulus Is," under the engineering and direction of Jerry Abbott, father of Pantera's guitarist Dimebag Darrell Abbott. The album was mastered at Capital Records by "The Great" Wally Traugott who has mastered records from Michael McDonald to Aretha Franklin.

Ted McCready since then has been performing, producing, directing and recording locally in the St.Louis surrounding area with some of the areas top known artists.

Currently Ted is working with Talent Plus Agency and performing locally as well as nationally.

Ted McCready has a soulful voice with an R&B groove -oriented music style. His influences come from Luther Vandross, Paul Carrack, Michael McDonald, Paul Rodgers, George Michael, Seal, Prince, and Stevie Wonder.

Expect to hear some of the songs from these artists as well as various top artists of all time.

The People's Key

The People's Key

Combining the happy swinging feel of the Kansas City Jazz scene with the hard, soulful groove of St. Louis Funk, Soul, and Blues, The People’s Key blends these Mid- Western styles into one cohesive sound. They swing in the traditional style of jazz, but provide listeners the opportunity to ride along as they relive the sounds of their lifetimes, with tunes by modern artists from Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder to Green Day, Jay-Z and Bruno Mars. This band puts the classic organ group sound of the ‘50s & ‘60s on all your favorites from the ‘70s and beyond.

The People’s Key is designed to connect the jazz vernacular with a modernized songbook. The People’s Key performs material from popular artists, genres, songs, and themes to engage in the maximum connection possible with their audiences. Debuting in 2013, the group has had the opportunity to open for national acts such as The Jeff Coffin Mu’tet and Fareed Haque’s Math Games.

The band has released 4 albums: The People’s Key (2013) The Sean Carter Jazz Suite with Lamar Harris (2014) and Heal The World (2015). The band’s current release “Within You” (Fall 2016) features music of The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, 90’s grunge and more.

Led by Ryan Marquez on Organ/Keybass, the group currently features Matt Rowland on Guitar, Charlie Cerpa on Saxophone and Mike Murano on Drums.
